You promote interaction between local residents and local businesses in order to build and maintain a strong local economy.

Be your own boss and manage a city Directory. Work from home selling listings and online advertising to local businesses.

We set you up with your own City Directory and handle all the back-end administration, while you focus on growing and managing the advertisers.

City Directory Manager Responsibilities:

Networking with local businesses

Meeting with current clients

Meeting with potential advertisers

Meeting and exceeding sales goals

Preparing weekly and monthly reports

City Directory Manager Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years of Experience in advertising sales selling advertising to small businesses

(Newspaper sales, Valpak, Yellow Pages)

Your previous sales pitch will be very similar to that of selling directory listings

Having existing relationships with local business owners will make it easier setting appointments, connecting with the decision maker and earning their trust.

Understanding the sales process & importance of following up

Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Superb interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with clients

Basic computer skills

Able to work remotely and visit clients when needed

Being a professional on the phone and in-person
